When you book a trip with us:

You will pay a small deposit amount: 25% of the total trip price

If you must postpone your trip, we don’t charge any Administration Fee

You will have until 20 days prior to the start of your trip to pay the pending balance

We do not make any profit out of cancelled trips. However, for some services like domestic flights and hotels, we are bound to the cancellation policies of our providers and sometimes we are not able to get back all the money we paid them for your trip. To cover these amounts, we are sometimes obliged to apply a small cancellation penalty fee to our travel packages.
