Payment Status

You should have already received a transaction confirmation with one of the following messages:

1 – Success Transaction: this means that your payment was accepted. Your trip to Colombia is totally confirmed.

 

 

Within the next days, we will send you a detailed itinerary with all necessary information for your trip. In the meantime, we invite you to have a look at our “Frequently Asked Questions” section to start preparing your trip.

2- Pending Transaction: this means that your payment is pending to be approved by your bank. This process might take up to 24 hours and you might receive a phone call or an email from our payment platform (ePayco) to confirm some details.

 

Once everything has been verified, you will receive an email confirming if your payment has been approved or rejected. In the meantime, we invite you to have a look at our Frequently Asked Questions to start preparing your trip.

3- Rejected Transaction: this means that your payment has not been accepted.

 

Unfortunately, our payment platform has rejected your payment. We advise you to retry, making sure your details match the ones registered at your bank. If the problem continues to happen, please contact your bank or ask us for alternative payment options.
